Ooh la la! Kim Kardashian's very public romp through Paris, France, continued on Tuesday, Oct. 1, when she hit the streets of the City of Lights in two new looks.

Stepping out to lunch in the French metropolis -- where she and boyfriend Kanye West have been taking Paris Fashion Week by storm -- the first-time mom showed off her post-baby curves in blue skinny jeans and a chambray button-down shirt left half-open to reveal her ample cleavage. Over that she wore a pink coat by Celine.

At another point in the day, the 32-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was photographed heading out to L'Usine Gym for a workout. Dressed for the sweat session in black capri leggings and a fitted black hoodie, the newly blonde bombshell looked fit and ready for action.

"She's lost about 40 pounds and only has 10 more to go," a source told Us Weekly of Kardashian, who gave birth to her daughter, North, less than four months ago. (The star appears to be working with West's trainer, Coach Joe, while in Paris. He tweeted: "@CoachJoe78 is in the building!!! Even in Paris we keep working out!!!!")

The fashion-loving mom and West, 36, have been in France for Paris Fashion Week since Sept. 27, when they were spotted boarding a private plane in L.A. The trip marks the first time Kardashian has been away from her 3-month-old daughter, and a source told Us Weekly she "was sad to say goodbye."

That said, the reality star seems to be enjoying the trip, and she's keeping little North close to her heart. As previously noted, Kardashian has been wearing a gold "Nori" necklace in honor of her daughter and picking up lots of high-fashion baby swag.

Showing off North's impressive haul on Instagram on Oct. 1, Kardashian thanked several famous designers for their gifts. "This is so 2 die!!" she wrote to Alexander Wang, creative director of Balenciaga, referring to a tiny leather jumper. "Thank you Alex! Can't wait for North to wear this!"
