Kim Kardashian: My Butt Almost "Wouldn't Fit" Into Grammy Dress

Though she's dazzled on many a red carpet this season, Kim Kardashian's appearance at Sunday's Grammy Awards was almost hampered by a major fashion emergency.

Chatting with E!'s Ryan Seacrest, the Kourtney and Kim Take New York reality star, 30, revealed that she had trouble fitting her famous derriere into her bronze Kaufman Franco gown.
"I had the biggest fashion emergency," Kardashian told Seacrest during E!'s red carpet pre-show broadcast. "I took it to another tailor and they tailored it to where my whole butt wouldn't fit in it. I was freaking out and said that if I didn't have a dress, I wouldn't go."

Luckily for Kardashian -- who attended music's biggest night on the arm of her Paul Smith-clad brother, Rob -- the fashion design house came to her rescue.
"The designers were amazing and they came in and met me and redid the whole thing," she said of her look, which was accented by Lorraine Schwartz jewels.

The 5'2" Kardashian has long talked about her curves, which she recently told UsMagazine.com she has learned to love more since turning 30 in October.

"I never knew to embrace curves," said Kardashian, who is now dating NBA star Kris Humphries. "I looked at my aunt and cousins and saw these Armenian women with big butts and boobs, and I didn't really realize how attractive it actually was then. Your perspective grows."

Not liking this dress on her at all, nor the shoes. She thinks she stole the show, but she's sadly mistaken. I only caught the red carpet part of the Grammy's, her & Rob looked so outta place. She brings nothing to the table, its all about curves, weight, botox & make-up with her. She's a brain dead bimbo!

Kim is stunning! Gorgeous face (too much makeup but features are still extraordinary, BTW, plastic surgery and makeup only enhance natural beauty, they won't miraculously make a beauty out of a not so good-looking woman - will probably only improve the look), voluptuous body. Why was she there - 'cause she was invited, I guess.

Yes!! Why is this woman at the Grammy Awards? Real celebrities need to stand up and demand these reality people keep to their own events. If you want reality, watch the Discovery Channel. This other stuff, is just mind wasting garbage.
@ Laura - i agree 110%. she looks like her wax figure in that museum. she can deny all she wants what she's had done but pictures speak louder than words in this case. kim - what you've done to maul yourself doesn't make people stand back and say "wow, she looks like she's 20." you look like a 30 year old in crisis. Just own up to it - quit insulting the people that paved your way to your millions. And your lips must still have the botox flu because they continue to stay swollen.

It's not her butt that almost didn't fit in the dress, it's her body, which is part of her butt. Be honest honey, your ass is too fat. :o)

Kim you were so much better looking before all the surgery to make you better looking. At least you were real then...Who told you that you needed new boobs and a new nose anyway and poutier lips?
