For International Women's Day, Michelle Obama was a vision in white.
At the International Women of Courage Awards ceremony in Washington, D.C. Thursday, Obama donned a sleek white jacquard L'Wren Scott sheath accented with Miriam Haskell statement broach of glass beads and pearls.

The First Lady was joined by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton at the event, and together they presented a variety of honors to women for their unmatched courage and outstanding leadership roles.

Obama, 48, is no stranger to wearing white for her and her husband President Barack Obama's high-profile events. In fact, she chose the color for his Inaguration -- a dazzling one-shoulder Jason Wu creation that has been on display at the Smithsonian Institute.
