Kate Hudson -- who underwent a small breast augmentation in March, as Us Weekly exclusively reported -- was glowing in a blush Stella McCartney dress Monday at the Metropolitan Museum Costume Institute gala in NYC.
"She said it makes her feel like a princess," McCartney told Us on the red carpet.
Hudson, 31, wasn't afraid to show any leg, either. She posed in several photos with the slit of her dress riding high.
McCartney told Us the dress was "made for the girl," adding that it is "very much [her] personality."
Before the event, Hudson spent time getting ready with Liv Tyler (who also wore Stella McCartney), with whom she walked the red carpet.
"We have this little ritual where we meet at like 2 or 3 [o'clock], and we drink champagne and do hair and makeup and take pictures, Tyler, 32, told Us. "Then we come here and we start walking and we’re like, 'Oh my God! I’m going to trip!'"
Luckily, neither did.
