This maternity look definitely deserves a rose! Despite being on modified bed rest, pregnant Ali Fedotowsky stepped out and worked her baby bump in a colorful ensemble at the Children Mending Hearts and Vintage Grocers’ 8th Annual Empathy Rocks event in Beverly Hills on Sunday, June 12.

The Bachelorette alum, 31, who’s expecting her first child (a girl!) with fiancé Kevin Manno, modeled a printed maxidress with an empire waistline, offering plenty of room for her bump. The dress also boasted a sweetheart neckline and breezy skinny straps. Dainty gold baubles completed the ensemble.
Playing up the beach vibes, Fedotowsky styled her hair into a loose updo, with wavy tendrils pulled loose to frame her face.

Meanwhile, Manno, 32, who proposed to the reality star turned fashion blogger in September 2015, gussied up in a short-sleeved plaid button-down, black pants and chocolate lace-up boots.
Though Fedotowsky was all smiles at the event, she recently revealed that she’d been suffering from uterine irritability, causing her to have contractions every two minutes. Hence, the TV personality has been prescribed “modified bed rest,” which has been making nesting tricky for her.
“I want to be like, ‘I’m great! Everything’s wonderful.’ But I’m not doing as well as I’d like to be,” Fedotowsky told Us at the event. “I want to nest, and I want to get so many things done for the nursery, but I can’t. My doctor was like, ‘You need to stay in bed!'”

Which is why this was a rare outing for the star these days. “I can go out and sit in a chair and support a nice event, but I can’t go for a walk, which is weird,” she shared. “I’m upset I can’t do chores! But at the end of the day, we’re so grateful to have this baby and be at this point in our pregnancy, so I can’t complain.”
Fedotowsky also dished on why she’s so excited to be welcoming a little girl. “I have a niece, and I see how cute she is — she just had her second dance recital. She loves Frozen and princesses. She makes me really excited to [have a girl],” she said. “And I’m so excited to see [Manno] with her. He’s a sensitive guy, in the best possible way. I feel like he’s just going to melt.”
