New Moon is not as touching as Twilight. More muscle shows but less touching the soul. After watching both movies, I only purchased DVD of Twilight and watched another 3 times.

I for one cannot understand why Kristen Stewart has not been replaced by now. She is about as animated as swatted dead fly,in fact they don't even need to make a "New Dawn" movie because she acts as if she is alreay dead. The movies are not terribly good but make for fine entertainment when you have finished shaving your legs and there is nothing legally better to do.

I know everyone is entitled to their comments, but I can't understand why everyone thinks teens are the only ones who saw it. I am an older woman and I have seen it four times, because I really like Rob Pattinson. the movie has grossed over four hundred million, due to everyone seeing it when it opened and the first weekend. The movie was not crap, as some of you think. think of the money it has made and the money to be made when the dvd comes out, for I will certainly buy it.

all you pppl who r hating new moon either just shut ur big mouths or learn to live with it cause the twilight saga is going to be round a while since still have the last two books to come out yet.

New Moon was actually my favorite of the 4 books. The movie was better than I expected, even though they always leave parts out, but you can't really expect much.. these books tend to drag a bit on certain things. I guess it dropped because everyone pretty much wanted to see it the first night it was out...

well I don't understand why are they even compering NEW MOON to what ever movie came out this weekend or last weekend is a totally different story and its not finishing any soon and yes me and my entire family has seen it three times already. Also after all it was #1 movie again for 2 weeks in a row, so all you haters can go to hell, and no I am not just a teenager writing this.

For those people that are so anti Twilight saga, why waste your time giving a negative comment? The movies are making so much money because people love the story, whether it be an exceptionally made movie or not. The fans are and will always be loyal to this movie franchise because we love the story between Edward, Bella and Jacob, period.

i liked new moon, but i didnt like some parts. like the reunion with edward and bella, the book made it more romantic than the movie. i didnt like the director for this one. hopefully, eclipse will be better. i am looking foward to the war with the new borns....and more edward. as for some of the comments that twilight will drop off the radar soon....are you stupid. twilight is not going anywhere for a long time. so either like it or hate it.

new moon was my least favorite book, but the movie was actually good. who cares about the blind side, they are two totally different movies. new moon is still pulling in a lot of money, and the difference between the blind side and the twiligt saga....people will still be talking about the twilight saga, esp. when eclipse comes out in a few months. no one will be talking about the blind side in the coming weeks.

no the movie was amazing and right now im crying !!!so sanrizz u should think for a momment new moon is insperational and it wasnt the movie it was people like u who made the movie drop!!!!!!!!!!!
  • November 30, 2009 - 10:12am Sanrizz Says:

The sales dropped because the movie is UGLY!!! I love the Twilight Saga, but they should have stuck to the books more and not left out essential parts from the book. I am all fro rewriting to spice things up a little, but they shouldn't stray so much from the book.
  • November 30, 2009 - 9:22am Ecanzzzz Says:

Kelly- if you read the books, the movie completely went with it. It really didn't go off on any random tangents. I do think it was a little slow at times, but overrall captured the storyline of New Moon. Please go back and read New Moon so you don't make ignorant comments anymore.
  • November 30, 2009 - 6:29am Lisa Says:

Personally, I had never heard of Twilight until a month ago. My daughter's made me watch it under sufferance. It was very good, I then read the books and saw New Moon. With all the violence, rape and junk on the screen and in the world at the moment, a little old fashioned romance is needed. Kids are starved of decency so i feel something really positive came out of this.

    tzk!.,but that's okay.,i still love it â?¥
  • November 30, 2009 - 4:00am Kelly Says:

New Moon was crap! Of course the first week it made money because of all the curious Twilight fans, BUT, they wont go back the second or third week to watch it again, that is why it dropped. Movie had bad editing and scoring. The movie was cold, the director should remember that despite of all the special effects, this movie is a Love Story. So he should have made it to capture our hearts and touch our soul but he didnt deliver. Catherine Hardwicke did a really good job with Twilight!
  • November 30, 2009 - 12:34am Amanda Says:

I think it dropped cuz everyone went to see it last weekend.lol. TEAM EDWARD! Can't wait till Eclipse!
  • November 30, 2009 - 12:09am klio Says:
