Jada Pinkett Smith, 38 (her show Hawthorne airs on TNT Tuesdays at 9 P.M.) shares the 25 things you don't know about her with UsMagazine.com.
1. I met my husband, Will Smith, when I was 19 and auditioned to be his date on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. They said I was too short to play the part.
2. Four years later, Will asked me to play his girlfriend on the show, but I said no because I thought he was too tall.

3. When I turn 60 and leave the red carpet, I am going to get the tattoo arm sleeve I have always wanted.
4. I won a lip-synching contest in high school performing "Baby I'm a Star" by Prince.
5. I haven't consumed alcohol in 13-plus years.
6. I finally love being a girl.
7. I find fame to be quite unnatural. Humans are not built for extreme adoration.
8. Jamey Johnson, Sugarland and Toby Keith are my favorite country artists.

19. The Smith family has already helped build several wells in Ethiopia.
20. I've produced a Broadway musical [Fela!]; now I want to perform in one.

I admire Jada. I think she's a strong woman who knows her own mind. She's also devoted to her family and helps others. How can anyone find fault with that?

Jada is NOT fake, she's 100% real, she's beautiful, happy, strong, proud, a great mom, a loving, supportive wife, a major acting talent and a business-woman...How she functions with everything on her plate astounds me!! I think some of you guys are afraid of a strong BLACK woman in a position of power...and lay off that old song about her only being popular because she's Will's wife...she's more than proved herself!!
I love her metal band. I saw them live at ozzfest and couldnt believe it was Jada on stage. Wicked Wisdom is a suited name as she was just wicked lol she has got some pipes!

I like her, too (not in a "celebrity" adoration kind of way...as she says)... just as a person. And something tells me, she will still be rockin' the red carpet at 60, 70 and beyond. She's have to save that arm tat for 80+ (but hope she doesn't get it at all!)

Well, at least this wasn't just more TMI about her sex life. I am not a fan but I do think a bit more highly of her after #15 as I am an animal lover. But if I had her funds, I'd be saving millions of animals and supporting/ funding spay/ neuter clinics and free care, etc.
