Amber Portwood: My Nude Pics Weren't "Sexual"

Amber Portwood is a mom on a mission.
After nude photos of the 20-year-old Teen Mom star leaked online Thursday, the Indiana resident tells E! News she plans to sue the person who stole them.

"I've never given anything to anybody. I wouldn't do that," she says. "I know 100 percent who did it, and I'm going to go after them full force."
Though Portwood doesn't mention the alleged thief by name, she has already ruled out one suspect: on-again beau Gary Shirley, father to her two-year-old daughter, Leah.

"No, no, Gary didn't do it," Portwood says. "He wasn't around me because of the no contact order when I took those pictures, but there were a bunch of people who were and I'm sure I know who it was."

"I want to surprise them," Portwood explains. "Those pics were taken for personal reasons. I didn't send them to anyone. I didn't take them for sexual reasons. This is embarrassing enough. It's just weird. The person who did this is f***ed."

12Who cares. Why is it such a big deal if she does it? I'm in 8th grade and there is girls at my school who send pictures. Why is it a bigger deal when she does it then when a 14 year old does it?

What gets me is how she blames EVERYONE else for stupid things that she does. If you did not want those pictures to get out you should have never taken then and allowed others to know about them. Many people have posted that they think she did it herself to get publicity.

I'm no fan of this girl but it's easy to judge when you're sitting at home seeing only one perspective. She is just a girl, so keep that in mind. As for the nudes remember she had been pretty heavy until recently. She lost weight and could have taken pics of herself in the nude to document her body changes. Have you ever taken a pic of yourself and said "wow I look or looked like that?" and aren't you anxious to see more pics to be sure? Sometimes you don't adjust to body changes until you see proof. Just saying, it's a perfectly normal explanation for the pics and them "not being sexual". Her "friends" could have found them and screwed her over for a quick buck. If I was her I'd certainly have been terribly embarassed of myself long before this and disappeard from the public eye. Which maybe she is trying. Let's give her the benefit of the doubt. Which we should do with most gossip stories!
