Jennifer Lopez isn't fazed by rumors that her list of diva demands nearly ruined her chances of becoming a judge on American Idol.

"I'm used to it. I'm used to speculation," Lopez, 41, said during an Idol press conference in Inglewood, Calif. Wednesday. "I wasn't really worried about it. I was just looking forward to getting started."

In fact, the singer's new Idol family -- which includes Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson -- is already teasing her about it.
"I said to Jennifer today, we heard that she only likes yellow M&Ms," executive producer Nigel Lythgoe joked. "I'm thinking, 'Who's going to pick them all out for her?' She said, 'No, where did that come from?'"

And when the show's 10th season premieres, Lopez promises plenty of "tough love," though she adds that "I don't think I will ever, as an artist, put down another artist."

Tell Us What You Think
6She had what 1 or 2 top hits years ago? Now her movies go straight to video, and her singing is only done on the coattails of her husband who would have been a better choice as a judge!
i love Jennifer Lopez and I think she will do great as a judge.
It's really funny...I loved little Paula and if I understand correctly what she wanted in salary they are gonna pay J Lo...what a bad decision...the show, to me, is not the same without Paula..I don't even watch anymore.
