No bad blood here!

Former Bachelor star Emily Maynard opened up for the first time about her emotional split from Brad Womack during Monday's episode of The Bachelorette, revealing that she still has feelings for the 38-year-old Texan who broke her heart.

"We're not engaged anymore, but he's always going to be a huge part of my life," an emotional Maynard, 25, revealed to Bachelor host Chris Harrison. "For so long, I feel like we left a 'dot-dot-dot' [lack of closure in our relationship] and I feel bad it took us this long to let everybody know, but now I'm ready to say it."

Explaining her breakup so viewers wouldn't feel "lied to," Maynard told Harrison she harbors no ill will toward Womack, and the pair still keep in touch via text. "I'll always be in love with Brad," Maynard admitted. "No one will ever hear me saying a bad word about him, [but] not a day goes by where I don't wish things had turned out different."

Largely keeping out of the public eye after Womack proposed on The Bachelor in March, single mom Maynard hinted Womack was the one to end their relationship.

"The day Brad proposed was the happiest day of my life. I was going to get an apartment with [6-year-old daughter] Ricki in [Womack's hometown of] Austin and little red flags came up in our relationship. I wanted to be married and have more children, but I doubted he was going to still want to be with me," she told Harrison. "As a single mom, I don't have the luxury of saying "we'll figure it out when we get there." I need that reassurance that he'd want to be with me six weeks down the road much less six years."

Though Womack did not appear on camera during the interview, Harrison insisted he gave Maynard his blessing to do the interview.

"He's changed me a lot as a person," Maynard reasoned of her ex. "I felt like it was a fairytale when I was going through it and I felt like everyone else did too. I swore that we'd be the [Bachelor couple] that would work. Everybody deserves to know what happened but I want it to end with this."

I think Brad Womack is a dip stick.....IF he just loved Ricky & Emily soooo much, how come they split ? I got the impression it was HIM that wanted out ! Emily is a very nice woman...too nice maybe ?

I think Emily certainly did not tell the whole truth---even though she hinted that it was Brad that did the breaking up---he has a very bad history with women and committing ---he is a loser and I dont think he will ever find a woman who will satisfy him---

I think he's taking the bullet for her..I think he really loved her..I think she was a bit immature in her reactions to the show, his interactions with the other girls...I think she needs to get over herself.

if she really would be the next bachelorette , she never had feelings for brad and she would have been fake all along -

I was just wondering what was wrong with her mouth during the interview. It looked like her lips were barely moving at times. Bad injections? Plastic surgery? I never noticed it when she was on the bachelor.

She still texts him and will always love him...yet didn't she sign up to be the next bachelorette?!!That's not good for the poor guy she will pick at the end of her phony show!!!

I, personally didn't believe a word she said. There have been so many stories saying it was the fact she wouldn't have her cushy life that her ex's parents have provided for her and her daughter. So she really wasn't willing to move. I also read she wanted more tv time and maybe be the next bachlorette to further her media career. I do think he's not at fault either but it was for show.

so there you have it. truth is out. brad womack is still a dooche who can't commit. the loser will end uo old and lonely. and to think, he could have had someone like emily. i was suprised she even gave him the time of day when it seemed like he almost appeared a bit slow at times.
