Heidi Montag "Devastated" Over Plastic Surgeon's Sudden Death

Heidi Montag is mourning the loss of her plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, who was killed in a single-car accident Monday in Los Angeles.
Ryan, 50, of Beverly Hills, famously performed 10 plastic surgery procedures on Montag, 23, in one day last year.

"I am devastated to hear the news of Dr. Frank Ryan's death," she wrote on Twitter. "He was the most amazing person I have ever known. He was an angel and changed my life and the lives of everyone he met. He was the most brilliant talented surgeon who will ever exist. Dr. Frank Ryan changed the world."

"My thoughts and prayers go out to his mother, family, friends, and anyone who was ever blessed enough to meet him," she concluded. "He is in a better place."
His colleague Dr. Lawrence Koplin tells UsMagazine.com in a statment, "Dr. Frank Ryan helped to popularize plastic surgery amongst celebrities. He made it acceptable for people to show their flaws and vulnerabilities and feel that it is OK to make improvements. His efforts helped to spark the popularity of plastic surgery in the television and broadcast world and help to enlighten the general population about such procedures that they were most likely unfamiliar with or had negative perceptions of."

It is good he is dead. Nobody liked Heidi's new face so nobody probably went to him anymore. This is why he drove to the ditch. He was a big conman and is now burning in hell.
Ok! Really? She is just some stupid barbie that cares about no one but herself! I mean she just really needs to get over herself and move one her marriage is down the tubes and she cares more about her own face than she does about her marriage! People in this world don't understand anymore. I mean really! She needs to grow up and let herself go! Trust me i have to say that she is definantly FAR from perfect!
RIP Doc. I hope at least one person learns from this and doesn't chat, text and phobne while driving.
I do not follow Hollywood and the scene at all. I have never watched Idol or one reality show. I loathe commercial TV...all that said, I saw a pic of Montag "before" and she looked like such a cutie. Like i said I never heard her speak or act but she looked like a 22 year old should look. Then I saw the "after" and I wondered what the heck was her goal there!!?? S Honestly, she looked 35-40...who would want to skip those fun years. These peeps who get this stuff look like freaks. They do not look attractive and what guy wants to hold onto someone who may "indent" at the slightest touch. When these peeps start to harden up it is just gross...ever touch or fondle a breast that has hardened??? I have and it freaked me out. How anyone can feel sexy with all that garbage pumped inside you is beyond me. then again, they spend more time in the mirror saying oh yea oh yessss me me me me me me instead of being with anyone so what difference does it make. Meg Ryan used to be a cutie and i saw a pic of her and she looks just like a freak. Nobody but nobody has expressions like that. It's a new race of cat people. RIP Doc.
The instant self gratification and the vanity that goes along with it is getting out of hand. Texting while driving on that curving road is asking for trouble. I'm sorry this guy had to die and it's tragic that it didn't have to happen but I hope the instant gratification addicts wake up one of these days. What's that important that someone can't wait until they get home or pull off the road. The guy died like he lived...embracing instant gratification. Sorry but Heidi Montag added 15 years to her looks. Why would anyone think she improved herself? The whole media coverage of every part of the celebrity's life is obnoxious. What a senseless way to die. Whoever calls someone or texts them when they know a person is driving is as selfish as they come. It was probably Heidi on the phone whining about an eyebrow hair sagging. I hope someone learns from this accident and death. I'm sure the family is hurting and I hope they find some acceptance in this senseless tragedy but this obbsession with Hollywood and the money spent on frivilous body reconstruction needs to go away. All these people who get these facial whatevers all look the same...like descendent's from some cat lineage..sheesh
Yea it is really sad that the Dr died but I think the reason Heidi is so "upset" is because she wont be able to have 10 surgeries in one day....Heidi is a LOSER and a fame hoe.....Sad that she had to get married, have surgery to become popular!!! How are teens suppose to look up to her as a "role" model. Celebs like Heldi is why teens hate themselves!!
Nobody deserves to die so that's sad, but Heidi is really dumb! And she looked wayyyy better before mutilating her body.
You can see where Heidi Montag's priorities lie. Kind of sad really, but it'll be fun watching her get old - all that plastic surgery isn't going to age well. Sympathies to the family of the doctor though, losing a loved one is a terrible thing.

plastic surgeons aren't the ones who convince people they have flaws, it is the media and hollywood itself with all their ideal perceptions of what a celebrity is supposed to look like that makes people insecure about their appearance. plastic surgeons (honest and qualified plastic surgeons) are a blessing!!! i don't see why in this day and age we cannot have the face or body we've always wanted
Well of course she's devastated...who's going to do her ridiculously unnecessary and dangerous surgeries now?! I am sorry for his family's loss though...any death is sad for someone in one way or another.

This man convinced insecure people that they had "flaws." And when they pay him, he says it's an improvement. Only gullible and insecure people fall for what this loser did. If I spit on someone, I change their world. Any interacting with anyone changes the world. He's a good conman. Sorry to see that you're still not mentally right.
OMG!! How sad is this? What a sad and tragic end to his life! I hope the dog will survive. My prayers go out to his family in their time of mourning. It is a disgrace that he will always be known for the insanely stupid makeover of stupid Heidi.

@Sal, how can you say something like that? heidi was the one that wanted the procedures done and the fact is she looks a heck of a lot better now than she did before. besides it's always sad top hear of someone's death, please consider the family before you go posting stuff like that
