American Idol is going gaga!
Lady Gaga will lend her talents to mentor the show's final four contestants -- Lauren Alaina, Scotty McCreery, Haley Reinhart and James Durbin -- on Wednesday's performance round.
Gaga, 24, will guide the singers as they select and perform songs from the songbook of producing duo Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller.
While the Top 4 Idols won't be singing Gaga's tunes, one singer is sure to mesh well with her.
Reinhart, 20, belted out Gaga's unreleased single, "You and I," on the May 4 broadcast. According to Reinhart, she chatted with the singer before selecting the track, which Gaga gave her blessing to Reinhart to sing.
