Jersey Shore's Jenni "J-Woww" Farley, 25, filed a police report claiming items mysteriously disappeared from the Journal Square, New York home she shared with her ex.

"We can confirm she did file a complaint," a spokesman for the Nassau County Police Department tells UsMagazine.com. The spokesman could not say what had been swiped and when she filed the report because "it's still an active investigation."

The larceny report could lead to misdemeanor or felony charges depending on the investigation, the spokesman tells Us. RadarOnline.com, which first reported the news, said J-Woww filed in person on Aug. 7.

"I took nothing but my own belongings and my bed," ex Tom Lippolis said.

Photos recently surfaced of Farley making out with a man identified as a 35-year-old New Jersey resident named Roger. She had been seriously dating Lippolis prior to that, and even wore a diamond promise ring on her left engagement finger from him.

"I am f---ing beside myself, but am ready to move on," Lippolis told RadarOnline.com then. "There has been a lot of pressure on both of us lately but she recently told me, 'I never cheated on you and I will never leave you for someone else.' She just lost the best thing that ever happened to her."
