Jimmy Kimmel will be tuning into TBS on November 8, when Conan, Conan O'Brien's new late night show, premieres.

"I'm really curious to see what he makes of it," Kimmel told at Saturday's John Varvatos 10th Anniversary party in NYC.

As host of ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live, the comic is something of a friendly rival to O'Brien.

The famous redhead's new TBS endeavor is his first project after he famously stepped down from the Tonight Show in January; NBC revealed they would push it back to 12:05 a.m. so Jay Leno could return to the coveted 11:35 p.m. slot.

On Conan, he'll go head to head with Leno and David Letterman. "It's a big deal in our little late night fishbowl," Kimmel added.
