Exclusive: Source: Kate Gosselin's Bodyguard Advised Her on Boob Job

Mom of eight Kate Gosselin, 35, is rarely seen without her trusted bodyguard of three years, Steve Neild. During her recent run on Dancing with the Stars, a show source says, the New Zealander was "omnipresent on the set -- at rehearsals, on the press line, everywhere!"

And now a source says in the new Us Weekly the married father of two not only drove Gosselin to the doctor when she got breast enhancements March 30, 2009, but even weighed in on what the result should be: "Kate was going to have one kind of breast augmentation, but she changed her mind after talking to Steve about what would look best."

Kevin and Jodi broke the cardinal rule in telling what goes on in a narcissist's home. Narcissists don't want anyone to know what they do to their families. Kate and her ilk will claim it's about loyalty. But, come on! Kate think it's ok to raise her kids in a fishbowl so she can live high-class. She left her kids alone with creepy cameramen ogling them, and taking crotch shots of the girls. She allowed her son to be filmed suffering from constipation. Organic diets will do that. The Gosselin kids were caught on tape biting, hitting, and kicking each other. But KATE MAKES SURE SHE LOOKS GOOD. For her "career". Ha ha. I guess her KIDS believe she has a glamorous career. No one else is buying it. Kate's pathetic fans do still want the Gosselin kids to be filmed. They want to watch a stranger's emotionally-damaged kids grow up. Hm. Everyone needs to make a buck off the Jon and Kate situation. We have had Deanna Hummel who has probably not made a dollar yet, but will any day now. Jon and Kate have obviously made money. Deanna's brother, Mr. Ick. Nast. has made his money and will probably need it for when he has to find a new place, and now Kate's brother Kevin and his wife Jodi need to make sure they get paid also. In addition to selling their story to Star, Kevin & Jodi also sat down for a video interview with Radar Online which is basically Star and the National Enquirer with a fancy name. No, seriously. Same company. Anyway, Kevin says that he was told about six months ago that the marriage was over. Funny enough that is about the time my blind item was first posted. That sure is a coincidence. I know that they are the ones who sell alot of this crap so I wanted to see cap on them. Their laundry isn't too very clean. One question how were Jon and Kate able to buy a house, cars, enjoy the extras in life? Let's be real-the ONLY reason they have a show and the reason must people watched it was because of the KIDS. So lets give credit where credit is due not to Kate or Jon but to their 8 hard-working children. So if you wnat to slam the Kreiders and tell people that they made money off of Jon and Kate do so but when you slam Kreiders you are also slamming Kate because she is making money off her kids, also.
They even have cameras on the road. Do something wrong and you will get a ticket in the mail. They get your tag #. So better slow down and pay attention to what's around you. they know if you are on the cell phone, seat belt not one and how many are in the car and a lot of other things.

Stores have cameras everywhere. I was told once that they even had cameras behind the mirrors in the dressing rooms. Wal-Mart, I have been told has cameras on the shelves so they can tell who is stealing going up and down the isles. I usualy buy something and take it home. It it doesn't fit I take it back. I don't like the dressing rooms anyway. Some are nasty.
