Go. Stop. Drop. Pause!

The fitness and dance class, Zumba, is a favorite of many celebs -- including Jennifer Lopez, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Jordin Sparks, just to name a few. Now the creator of Zumba, Beto Perez, is teaming up with hip hop superstar Pitbull to help launch his upcoming album, Planet Pit.

By joining forces, the duo designed a customized choreographed routine for the track, "Pause," a song off Pitbull's upcoming album. The routine, which can be seen in the video above, is part of the "Pitbull Pause Video Contest," which encourages the world to "Do the Pause" during the busiest time in their day. All entries will be judged by Perez and Pitbull themselves, and two lucky winners will win a $5,000 prize! The contest will be launching in mid July.
