Kourtney looks so sexy posing half naked while 9 months pregnant! I wish she would have done more of this during her pregnancy. Back in August, she said she wanted to pose nude pregnant. Sadly, she never delivered on this. I'll admit I have a fettish (I wet myself when I saw this pic), but you can't tell me you would not be aroused if she was sitting on your bed dressed like that.
