The smartly crafted drama caps its summer season in heart-pounding style. Not only do Aria (Lucy Hale) and the girls get a chance to out their unknown stalker, but there's a big development surrounding pal Ali's murder. Silly stabs at humor aside, Liars keeps its mix of chills, intrigue and tense romance crackling right up to the eerie cliffhanger. No lie. (ABC Family, 8 P.M.)
