The titular detective (Robert Downey Jr.) and his testy sidekick, Dr. Watson (Jude Law), reunite -- and bicker entertainingly with each other -- in Guy Ritchie's overstuffed adventure. Instead of offering a strong mystery, Ritchie (Snatch) falls back on the Brit-lad action movies he knows best, offering endless kicks and bareknuckled punches. The finale, in which Downey battles the villain mano a mano on a platform over the Thames, features the phoniest CGI of 2009.

I have not seen the movie yet however when Downey makes a movie he puts his heart and soul into it and that is what makes the movie a great watch.
