Simon Cowell: I Want to Work With Paula Again

Will Paula Abdul be judging wannabe stars alongside Simon Cowell again on the X-Factor?
Cowell is playing coy.
"Paula has been talking to me for months," Cowell, 50, tells Extra of Abdul, 47. "I've always made it clear that in some capacity I want to work with Paula again. It might be here, it might be in England.

"I adore Paula," Cowell adds of his former colleague, who was replaced by Ellen DeGeneres, 51, as an American Idol judge last August.

Cowell says fans will "probably" find out who will appear the show -- which kicks off in 2011 on Fox -- in the next few weeks.
One person who won't be on the U.S. version of the U.K. show? Victoria Beckham, 35, who served as guest judge on Idol's Tuesday premiere.

"I never approached her. Never have, never will," Cowell tells Extra. "I don't know where these rumors come from."
Cowell -- who helped launch Idol in 2002 -- announced on Jan. 11 that he’s leaving the series after his contract expires this season.

7Yeah, I think Simon is totally in love w/Paula as well. As a matter of fact, I would dang near bet the farm that he would be willing to stay on A.I. come season 10 if Paula was still there. OH Well, what goes around comes around. A.I. screwed Paula and then afterwards they got screwed when Simon said he's leaving. Ha, take that A.I. Karma Baby. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
Good grief Simon, give her a ring already!!!! We all know you are in love with her. Paula's awesome and I would love them as a couple. Get with it!!!

I agree. Simon is SO in denial about his feelings about Paula. It will be nice when he decides to sprout a spine and tell the truth about that. It would be nice to see Paula judging again. Good luck to her and best wishes in whatever she decides to do.
