Taylor Lautner Compares Girlfriend Lily Collins to Kristen Stewart

Taylor Lautner's girlfriend Lily Collins and his Breaking Dawn costar Kristen Stewart are both playing Snow White on the silver screen. So which brunette beauty will be better as the iconic character?

"It's tough," Lautner, 19, told reporters at Sunday night's VMAs, as excerpted by the Hollywood Reporter. "I mean, my excuse is they're so different. I can root for them both."

Stewart, 21, will star in Universal's Snow White and the Huntsman alongside Charlize Theron and Chris Hemsworth. Collins, 22, who costars with Lautner in Abduction, will act alongside Julia Roberts and The Social Network's Armie Hammer in an as of yet untitled version of the fairy tale.

"Kristen's going to be cool and edgy and dark," Lautner said of his Twilight Saga on-screen love interest. "It's gonna be something new for her, and I think that's really exciting."

But what about his real-life love? "Lily's gonna be great too," he added quickly. "And a completely different feel."

i'll have to say both simply because i just can't compare them. they're both very different.
Horrible picture. Kristen Stewart looks like a drug addict. As for who will be better, I don't know Lily Collins, but Kristen Stewart is an extremely one-note actress and EXTREMELY overrated. She plays herself over and over again and it's old. So despite not really knowing Lily Collins, I'd be far more excited to see her than Kristen Stewart. Don't need to watch yet another movie of her playings herself: biting her lip, trying to catch flies with her wide open mouth, and generally attempting to portray severe angst constantly.
I think the both are two beautiful young ladies. and they are also TALENTED i think the both will make amazing Snow Whites. but to my observations, i choose KRISTEN STEWART. she is an angel of beauty....
@Jes I disagree with you. Snow White can only get better. Don't judge Kristen before you've even seen her.
Did someone really just say that Kristen Stewart has REAL TALENT? Kristen Stewart is AWKWARD to watch act. She's a terrible actress. She should be in movies with Michael Cera,... it's about the only type of roles she's good at. I think she's going to put a LOT of shame to playing Snow White. Then again the whole movie sounds ridiculous. While we're at it, let's put her in the remake of Dirty Dancing to ruin that movie too!!
I have to disagree that Lily is "common", to borrow a term from another post. I think she's absolutely beautiful. They are both talented and will make amazing Snow Whites, each in a different way.
I don't know Lily's work but there's no way she can be a worse actress compared to Kristen LOL Her Snow White is supposedly a bad-a$$ but a stumbling bumbling staring-at-the-ground while shuffling her Keds apparently LOL

Lily Collins is a pretty girl, but her type is so common and cheaper by the dozen, very average. Kristen Stewart, there is something about her. She will make an amazing Snow White because she has real talent and she is beautiful in a special, delicate way.
I swear just yesterday you said that Taylor Swift and taylor lautner were back together. I'm so confused now.
