Taylor Lautner: "I'm Straight"

Taylor Lautner is looking for she-wolves -- not wolves -- thank you very much.
Although the Twilight hunk, 19, has dated such women as Abduction costar Lily Collins, singer Taylor Swift and high school sweetheart Sara Hicks, he has often (like many actors) been the subject of gay rumors.

But Lautner clears up that confusion in a new interview in the November issue of GQ Australia. Back in June, Lautner dined at Bottega Louie in downtown L.A. with acclaimed director Gus Van Sant and Oscar-winning screenwriter Dustin Lance Black, both of whom happen to be gay.

GQ Australia's Mickey Rapkin asked about the night out -- and, oddly, whether Black, 37, or Van Sant, 59, hit on him.
"No, definitely not," Lautner replied. "I think they know I'm straight. But they're great guys. They're a lot of fun."

Last month, Us Weekly broke news that Lautner and actress Collins, 22, ended their romance shortly before Abduction's red carpet premiere. He and singer Swift, 21, dated for three months in late 2009.

15One of my good friends is gay, so i have problem with iit. When people started the LGBT movement, I did not understand it, but I still cannot fully comprehend it. I accept it, and I will support it. AS for Taylor, he is being scrutinized because he is good-looking, young, and well mannered. That does not pin him as gay. And the guy used him to make his coming out more public. So, of course, everyone and their mother will be attacking Taylor because of his orientation. Pretty stupid, if you ask me.
The FDA has recalled all "gaydar" detectors as of May 2007. They simply didn't work, but did carry the side effect of printing indelible ultraviolet brands on the foreheads of all gaydar users as being "asshats". and "his" publicist has 3 assistants, all 3 being "gay". So either your friend is a liar or you are - so whichever the shoe fits - wear it.

My friend works for his publicist. Taylor Lautner is 100% gay and he gets with willing high profile celebrities who will benefit from the publicity of being with "straight" Taylor Lautner. For example, he gets with Taylor Swift, and they have a great break-up which proves he's straight and she comes out with the hit "Back to December" talking about how he was such a nice guy. He's gay. It's how Hollywood works people. He's gay and just like Ricky Martin and Clay Aiken before him, he'll come out eventually when his star power has dwindled.

Holding ones breath and saying the air does not exist, does not make the air extinct. The list is long and replete with celebrities who thought they were straight, repeatedly announced they were straight - even feigned dating and relationships with the opposite sex, but eventually came out (willingly and unwillingly) and their gayness revealed. Taylor Lautner is no different. He can bark his straightness all he likes, but those with working gaydar know he is quite fey (dressed up in wolf clothing), and just howling at the moon. LOL
well, look at it this way, you know you're truly famous once the gay rumors start. i think it sucks that just because he's not going to discriminate against gay people, and had a night out with an awesome screenwriter and acclaimed director who happen to be gay, that people are saying he's gay. he had an opportunity to spend time with two very talented people, what an amazing experience for him. it's called tolerance, some people should take a few lessons in it.

I knew he was straight the whole time. Just because he had a good upbringing, and is down to earth, does not make him a gay man.
