From Leah and Corey Simms' emotional search for answers on baby Ali's health concerns to Jenelle Evans' decision to sign over custody of son Jace to her mom, this season of Teen Mom 2 was a rollercoaster ride.

As the season finale airs Tuesday, UsMagazine.com has rounded up four of the most emotional moments from 16 and Pregnant alums Simms, Evans, Chelsea Houska and Kailyn Lowry.

In one scene, Leah and her husband Corey take daughter Aliannah to get an MRI of her spine to hopefully help diagnose some of her developmental delays. "Mommy would do it for you, but I can't," Leah, 18, says as she kisses her little girl and sends her off into the procedure room to be sedated. "Be a big girl," adds Corey, 20.

One of this season's more explosive moments? Lowry's moving out of her ex Jonathan "Jo" Rivera's home after a brutal blowout fight.

"Our relationship was really immature, and I don't think either of us knew what we wanted. We tried to make things work, but I held a grudge against him for going out all the time when I was pregnant," Lowry tells Us of her relationship with Isaac's dad. "He blames me for us not being together, but I think it's just so many reasons. He's a good dad, though. He is patient with Isaac."

I agree with Jacqueline. Even though the show does have a really depressing tone to it (ever notice how little everyone smiles?), making you think teens would get the message that it's a hard life, the girls on the show have fan bases and are idolized. Who knows, maybe MTV has an alternate agenda.

All the education in the world won't SHOW you just how hard it really is. This show certainly doens't make it look easy.

The whole premise of this show is disgusting. What does this tell young girls? Go out, get pregnant, and you'll be a reality star. Girls can be educated on this subject another way, so don't try and justify this show.
