I love it. I think it's hot. I'm a married mom of 4 and love the show and the way it's "going". Love it. That's why I watch it. You don't watch True Blood for the hand-holding. Most ppl think about gender so gender does matter. If you want children, you have to think about gender! Most ppl are wired to be attracted to the opposite gender anyway. So their natural, correct attractions will lead them to a healthy and normal lifestyle where real families units are created and flourish. If you're allowing yourself to fall in love with your own gender you've got something wrong in your head. If you look around most ppl are straight. Eggs/sperm were not meant to be tossed around or up for grabs for gays, lesbians or even strangers. That's why men and women were made differently for a reason. Their anatomy fits like a puzzle to conceive offspring. Take a biology course. And come back with your argument when the anatomy of two men or two lesbians can fit their anatomy like a puzzle and bring a child into this world. Guess what? IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. Women usually have dreams to have a son or daughter. So guess what? They find a man -- a boyfriend/husband. Men who also want a son or daughter look for a woman -- a girlfriend/wife to have a baby. With gays and lesbians, they can't have children TOGETHER. They have to get outside help from a family member or donar center. Do you think children are meant to born from such arrangements? NOPE. It happens but I don't approve of it. Kids should be born the natural way -- thru opposite sex unions so they can have a mother and a father. Gay unions are abnormal. I think gays are lacking in their moral development because most ppl do not allow themselves to fall in love with their own gender. Those in same-gender relationships are nothing more than acquaintances or friends. Why would you would to kiss your own gender in a passionate manner??? It's nasty and it's not right. My argument is nature- and logic-based. I know what I'm talking about. These Hollywood shows are ridiculous. Viewers don't need to see two men screwing on the silverscreen. Old Hollywood was far better than the Hollywood of today. Gone are the days of real, in-depth storylines. Now all they do is insert unnecessary sex scenes to fill up space. And this gay lover stuff needs to go. People don't need to see such junk. Hollywood has gone downhill... It's a sad shame.
The sad part is that those who are born gay have to put up with all of the stereotype casting that portrays gay people as immoral and wanting to SHOCK everyone. Why do ppl always have to throw a sex scene in a plot? Storylines don't necessarily need it to advance the story. No wonder our society is so screwed up. There's nothing wrong with being discreet or leaving some things to the imagination. All this "in your face" sex is getting old. I have never watched this show but these are my thoughts.
The liberal media is throwing these gay scenes out there to get the mainstream audience to accept gay. It's an agenda. I wish smart people realized the promotion of unnatural acts is unacceptable. Homosexuality is sick. Men are supposed to be attracted to the opposite sex. Same-sex relationships should not be sexual in nature and should be reserved for friendships or acquaintanceships only.
