Three years after Borat, Sacha Baron Cohen returns with Bruno, about a gay Austrian fashionista who seeks fame in L.A. Using the same ambush techniques as the first doc, the film explores homophobia while delivering wicked laughs -- though many moviegoers found it offensive. Whether Bruno's getting beaten by a dominatrix or adopting an African baby, there's something here to insult everybody. (Universal, $30)
