The View's feisty cohost Sherri Shepherd has landed her very own mediocre sitcom, in which she plays a paralegal who’s trying to move on after her husband has had an affair. Her stress is compounded in the opener, when she learns that her ex’s fling is pregnant! Surprisingly, the talented comedian wobbles a bit as a headliner — but her double-takes are chuckle-worthy and her character is endearingly loopy. A tentative thumbs-up for now. (Lifetime, 7 P.M.)
