Big money bromance, part two?

Wedding Crashers duo Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn are slated to reunite for the upcoming comedy Interns, Vulture reports. The movie will tell the story of two middle-aged men forced to reevaluate their careers after being laid off from their jobs. The downtrodden pair decide to start their corporate climb all over again at a Google-like web startup, going up against cutthroat twenty-somethings during their fight to the top of the ladder.

Twentieth Century Fox has already picked up the Vaughn-penned project, sure to garner big laughs and big bucks. (2005's Wedding Crashers grossed over $285 million worldwide.)

For his part, Midnight in Paris star Wilson, 43, feels confident in his chemistry with former costar Vaughn. "I think Vince…probably [brings] out the best energy in me, because he has such a [high energy level]," Wilson has said of The Dilemma actor, 41. "You gotta keep up because he talks a mile a minute."

In the seven years since their blockbuster's release, a lot has changed for Vaughn and Wilson: within one month of each other, both men became first time parents. Vaughn's wife Kyla Weber gave birth to a daughter, Locklyn, in December 2010, and Wilson and his ex-girlfriend Jade Duell welcomed son Robert Ford in January 2011. "Sometimes, in our industry…you don't mature always at the same time," Vaughn told Ellen DeGeneres last year of his decision to settle down with Weber. "So I was very fortunate that when I got ready and was open to that, then that person came into my life."
