Reese Witherspoon, Monsters vs. Aliens

The star played Susan Murphy, a woman hit by a meteor on the day of her wedding in the 3-D flick that came out in March. The incident causes her to grow to the height of tall buildings, and she's named "Ginormica" by the government. She's taken to a secret compound with a ragtag group of other monsters.
