  I'm sad she's leaving.....I thought she played an excellent villian on that show, she had the look and the voice. And for those of you ranking on her....... if this show was supposed to really be that good, it'd been on CBS or ABC, not some second rated station, stupids. ASHLEE AND THE SIMPSONS RULE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  You know if you people would watch the series from the beginning and give it a chance instead of being so narrow minded that just because it's a remake it won't be good, not always true! Scarface, the version with Al Pacino we all love, was actually a remake. As was Cape Fear, Victor/Victoria. Melrose is actually really good, it's directed by Oscar winner Davis Guggenheim, and like Cartman says "whateva I do what I want", you all stay there in your negativity bubbles and all the more happiness for us who are getting enjoyment from it.

  Personally -- the only reason I watched Melrose Place was because of Ashlee -- I thought it was lame otherwise -- guess now I don't need to waste an hour of my time a night!

  That sucks. I like Violet, she's one of the most interesting charecters on the show. They should've ditched Riley, she's boring as dirt and the actress is abysmal.

  I liked that Violet had a vixen side to her. There is still so much storyline to be discovered with Violet. Maybe Amanda Woodward can bring back that vixen she was in the original series. Go Melrose get your ratings up so you won't be cancelled

  I am bummed. I really like the show alot. People need to give it a chance. With Haather Locklear coming back I know its going to get better. The 1st Melrose Place almost tanked until Aaron Spelling brought in his lucky penny. I hope it doesnt get cancelled!!!

  Saw the show the other day for the first time. The actors SVCK and Ashlee is a horrible actress. The show was not good at all. Not as good as the original.

  I totally agree with 1:19. She looked more natural and cuter before. She obviously has self-esteem issue. She should concentrate on her family. Let's do something right !

  why did they even bring this show back? the show is awful. i can't stand Ashlee Simpson but getting rid her isn't going to make this crap show any better. I hope CW just pulls this show off air completely.
