Lauren Conrad has a new house and new puppy!
The Hills star, 22, writes on her MySpace blog:
“Last weekend, Lo (Lauren “Lo” Bosworth), Audrina and I moved into our new house. We love it!”
(The new roomies have been busy decorating: On Friday, they bought three shopping bags worth of merchandise at Crate and Barrel in The Grove shopping center in L.A.)
Conrad, who states on her blog her current mood is “tired,” continues: “On Monday, I got a puppy from the pound. She is the cutest puppy ever! Her name is Chloe. She is a lab/shepherd mix.
“I’m not getting much sleep because she thinks nighttime is play time! Ashes (my cat) is not thrilled with her, but I think they will become friends.”
The Hills returns to MTV March 24.

Her dog is so cute! I have a purebred German shepherd and I also saved a yellow lab. Both are equally appreciative and affectionate. It's how affectionate you are towards them.
Lauren is doing great! Heidi needs to stop competing with her because she will never be better than her.

to jbaers1185@hotmail.com. Just because when you're 50 you won't have the body of Nancy Grace, does not give you the right to judge whether her physical body is capable of giving birth to twins. Read the news and not just US magazines. It's happening more and more that babies are being born to older parents, even women in their 60's. And if they have the means to birth and take care of their childrens needs then I applaud them. Would you rather a 15 year old have twins, because her body can do that?? Certainly not, it's better that mature adults who already have a settled life raise children rather than half the country who has multiple children that my tax money goes too. So before you go bad mouthing and posting trash on the internet about someone you don't even know, think about the alternatives.

Awww! It's so cute. And being a lab/shepherd mix, it will be a great watchdog too. Both breeds tend to be very loyal and protective. Also, yeah, it may not seem like big news, but I'm sick of seeing Heidi Montag's plastic face feigning a smile over one ridiculous activity to the next. She and Spencer are phonies and they make me physically ill, and it's nice that Lauren isn't being featured orgasming over a pair of Jimmy Choos, but seeming genuninely excited about getting a new puppy. Plus, so many cats and dogs sit in shelters, never finding good homes, and others are put down because the pounds don't have the resources to care for them, so really, good for her for not falling into the mindset that a pure bred dog is the only way to go. Even pure breds from breed rescues are helping out the animals. I personally have found that all of my dogs and cats (over time, I don't have a bunch of animals now or at any one time) seem to realize that I've saved them and somehow they're more appreciative and affectionate because of that.
