Anonymous, I wanted to put this in my previous comment, but it was too long. So it will be in this one. There actually have been reports of animals hunting for sport. I've heard on the news that farmers have found livestock that had been killed by wolves but not eaten. Orcas have been seen tossing around sea lions and returning them to the shore on National Geographic Explorer. In some cases, the sea lions were killed, but the orcas didn't eat them. To me, it isn't nonsense animals killing for sport when I've seen it on nature documentaries and TV shows. By the way, many of PETA's cruelty videos are old and outdated, and most farmers, fur farmers, and animal researchers would never treat their animals horribly. Stress and abuse ruin the quality of the meat, milk, eggs, leather, and fur being produced. Believe me, poor quality meat would very likely taste very bad, and though I'm not a fan of fur or leather, poor quality of either would not fetch a good price. Animal researchers make sure their animals are healthy for testing, whether it be for behavorial observations like solving problems and reacting to stimulus or medical testing, and give them high quality care, food, and water. Unhealthy animals wouldn't make good test subjects. That's all I have to say, and you don't have to agree with what I said.

I heard about the campaign, Flu-Bird, and that was really sick of PETA to exploit the teachings of Jesus Christ for their own benefit. PETA thinks animals lead these peaceful lives like in the Disney movies. Don't get me wrong. I love Disney movies with talking and singing animals since I grew up with them, but that's not how they behave in the real world. Predators will tear each other apart over a strap of meat. They'll eat their prey while it's still alive. Mother animals will abandon their offspring if they find them to be sick. A small number of species actually hunt their prey for sport on occasion. PETA supporters say wild animals never hunt for sport when there's footage of orcas torturing baby seals by throwing them around and wolves killing deer, both species without eating them. Most animals never make it to adulthood because of frequent dangers such as disease, competition, food shortage, and even the weather. For many species, the bond between mother and offspring doesn't last long, thought it is sweet to see these temporary families play around and goof off. In fact, some species don't even care for their offspring, abandoning them before they are born in the case of egg-layers. That's not to say that the most advanced animal groups don't show emotion because they do, and they do show geniuine caring in trying to protect each other, if they live in groups. Most PETA supporters have no concept of the real natural world and think it's this peaceful place where animals don't have to worry about anything. Nature is beautiful, but it does have a dark side, and it should be taken seriously.

I wanted to put this in my last comment, but it had been too long, so I am putting it in this one. With the exception of a few, most celebrities who support PETA are trying to resurrect their dying careers or get them started. However, they've had no luck. The perfect example is Pamela Anderson, whose career has gone downhill since Baywatch. She's in one bad comedy after another, not even trying to give a funny performance of any kind. PETA portrays her like she's some goddess while I see her as nothing more than a washed-up has-been whose career is finished, and it isn't coming back to where it used to be. All she wants is attention, and she thinks posing naked saves animals. All it does is make her look stupid. In my view, Halle Berry is a much more talented actress than Pammy can ever hope to be, not to mention she is much more beautiful and elegant for her age. I've been an admirer of her since I first saw her as Storm in the first X-Men movie, of which she did a fantastic job as the weather witch in my view. She gave Storm an incredible gentleness while maintaining her independent and tough demeanor. The same goes for the second X-Men movie, and her performance as Storm was even better in that one. She did well in the role in the third movie, but it wasn't as incredible her performances in the first two movies. I hope to see her in other Oscar-worthy performances, and I wish her, Gabriel Aubry, and little Nahla Ariella Aubry all the luck in the world.
