Cena, 41, is currently shooting a movie, and though it’s unclear exactly where the Trainwreck star is filming, he was given some Lao Gan Ma, which is Chinese for old godmother, and now he can’t get enough. In fact, the pro wrestler even shared his love for the spicy sauce in a message to his Chinese fans via the Weibo app in September. What’s more? Cena even declared his love for Lao Gan Ma in Mandarin!

“Hello Weibo! I’m currently shooting a movie and I’m on a break and having a meal. I cannot use my mobile phone during filming so I’m now filming this (video) because they gave me Lao Gan Ma,” he said, according to Mothership. “I am not familiar with Lao Gan Ma, but the Chinese say this is an excellent chili sauce. So now I use Lao Gan Ma every day on my broccoli. I use a lot of Lao Gan Ma. This is not an advertisement. I am not related to Lao Gan Ma in any way.”

The Massachusetts native went on to say that he’s “trying to embrace more Chinese culture,” and is doing that by eating broccoli with Lao Gan Ma every day. [It’s] “really, really good,” he said of the popular Chinese condiment. “I really like it.”

Though Lao Gan Ma may be unfamiliar to Americans, the sauce, which was first sold in 1997, is very popular in China and is frequently used in noodle dishes. The sauce’s creator, Tao Huabi, once employed 40 people at her company, and now employs over 2,000. It makes sense considering 1.3 million bottles of Lao Gan Ma are produced each day!
