Sarah Silverman is one wise woman. The Million Ways to Die in the West star, 43, has been in the entertainment industry for more than 20 years, and has picked up some tidbits of wisdom along the way.
Silverman shared her advice with Glamour magazine in her article, "The Dos and Don'ts of Being an Actual, Full-Grown Woman."
Some of her tips are basic and straightforward, such as the classic, "Do brush and floss your teeth every day for reals."
"Death creeps in through the gums," she writes. "And scrape your gross tongue."
Others verge on the philosophical, such as, "Don't talk sh-t about yourself," which Silverman explains by saying: "You'll start to believe it. Instead of droning on and on about how the tops of your strong, working thighs touch, why don't you ask your friends how they're doing, huh?"
More pearls of knowledge from the Emmy winner include: "Do listen to your mom," "Don't expect someone to 'complete' you," and "Do get your sweat on most days."
