But can she see!? Sia, who often keeps her face hidden in public, kept the tradition going as she stepped out on the red carpet at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards in L.A. on Sunday, Feb. 8.
The singer-songwriter, 39, obscured most of her face with her trademark platinum wig — but with a much bigger version! Thick bangs covered her eyes and nose, and only showed her bold red lipstick.
Sia was also joined by 12-year-old dancer Maddie Ziegler, who starred in her enormously popular "Chandelier" music video. The duo looked like twins in matching custom Giorgio Armani outfits and didn't smile for photos. Ziegler (who didn't hide her face!) stuck to a black suit and flats. Sia wore a cape with heels.
In July 2014, Sia explained why she likes to keep her face hidden. "I don't want to be famous, or recognizable," she said to ABC News' Chris Connelly at the time.
"I don't want to be critiqued about the way that I look on the Internet," added Sia, who has written and produced for the likes of Beyonce, Britney Spears, and Rihanna. "I've been writing pop songs for pop stars for a couple years and see what their lives are like and that's just not something I want."
The Australian native is set to perform her smash anthem "Chandelier" during the live show; she wrote her now-trademark song about her past alcohol and drug abuse. She's nominated for Song of the Year, Best Music Video, Best Pop Solo Performance, and Record of the Year.
