Working on his fitness. Prince William busted out some yoga moves while attending a charity polo match in Ascot, England, on Saturday, May 28, and showed that he is quite flexible — even while wearing jeans.
The father of two wore a blue shirt, white jeans and dark socks sans shoes as he took to the middle of the field at the Audi Polo Challenge at Coworth Park Polo Club and got down on the grass to do a series of poses, including one known as the cat-cow.
The fit heir to the British throne later changed into his polo uniform and jumped on his horse for a spirited game.
We’re not sure where the prince picked up his yoga moves, but as Us Weekly previously reported, William’s wife, Kate Middleton, did prenatal yoga sessions with a private instructor before giving birth to the couple’s first child, Prince George, in 2013, and continued doing yoga after he was born.
William, 33, and his brother, Prince Harry, 31, will be competing in a series of charity polo matches this summer to raise money for 17 organizations they support.
Harry also took part in Saturday’s match and at one point during the game was treated for a back injury.
