A true Angel. Kaley Cuoco shared a touching tribute to her friend Rebecca Corry's dog, Angel, on Instagram on Saturday, April 2, after the rescue pit bull recently died.
“Rest in peace, Angel,” the Big Bang Theory star, 30, wrote. “My heart is so heavy right now. This dog was more human and true than any of us. She exuded love and forgiveness and is the reason I fell so in love with pit rescue.”
She continued, “This dog paved the way for pits everywhere, and showed the world what rescuing a pit bull really means. Her memory will live on in all the hearts she has touched. Sending love to her amazing human @rebeccacorry #rescue #adopt #standupforpits.”
Cuoco, who is rumored to be dating equestrian Karl Cook, hosted a Stand Up for Pits event in November, where she teared up as she spoke about her love for dogs.
“My two pits have made this last year so much better for me,” the actress told the audience, just two months after separating from husband Ryan Sweeting.
The animal lover and activist lost Chihuahua-daschund mix Petey in December.
