Khloe-strong! Khloe Kardashian took to her app to share a behind-the-scenes peek at her daily workout routine.

Clad in a Yankees cap, black running pants, and pink Nike sneaks, Kardashian, 31, can be seen alternating between sprinting, doing crunches, and doing jumping jacks. She also lifts Kettlebells and dumbbells, all while her personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, keeps a close watch.
The short clip is entitled "No Excuses: Sweating Out the Stress," and indeed, it shows the reality star working through her frustrations, not to mention her physical pain. (Kardashian shares in the video that she's undergone three knee surgeries.)
But, as she captioned the clip, "I would DEFINITELY feel worse if I skipped my daily workout." She noted that physical therapy is incorporated into her routine and added, "You never regret a workout, just the workout you didn't make."
