Aubrey O'Day

Aubrey O’Day is a singer, actress and reality TV personality best known as a member of the girl group Danity Kane and for her appearances on reality shows including Making the Band and Famously Single. O’Day spent her childhood in San Francisco. She began performing on stage as a child and appeared in musical theater productions including The Wizard of Oz and Grease. She graduated from La Quinta High School in California before attending the University of California, Irvine, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in political science.

O’Day rose to fame in 2005 after being selected by Sean “Diddy” Combs for MTV’s Making the Band 3. She became one of five members of Danity Kane, whose self-titled 2006 debut album topped the Billboard 200 and was certified platinum. The group’s hits included “Show Stopper,” “Ride for You” and “Damaged.” Danity Kane’s second album, Welcome to the Dollhouse (2008), also debuted at No. 1. O’Day was removed from the group in 2008 but reunited with them in 2013, 2018 and 2025. She and bandmate Shannon Bex also briefly performed together under the name Dumblonde.

Throughout her career, O’Day has made television appearances on programs including All About Aubrey, The Celebrity Apprentice, Ex on the Beach and Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars.

O’Day dated Donald Trump Jr. from 2011 to 2012 after meeting while filming The Celebrity Apprentice. She later dated DJ Pauly D from 2016 to 2017 after meeting on Famously Single.
