Julianne Hough’s Trainer Astrid Swan Reveals How to Blast Calories in Just Three Moves: Watch

Try this workout on for size! In honor of Us Weekly’s annual Best Diets issue, trainer-to-the-stars Astrid Swan has revealed the top three cardio moves to blast calories quickly.

Swan, who trains Julianne Hough and Olivia Munn, promises, “If you do these moves three to four times a week, you’re going to get the results that you want. Your metabolism is going to be higher. Your body is going to be toned!”

The first move, called “Superman Mountain Climbers,” activates your back and shoulders, while the second move, the “Shuffle Cross Punch,” focuses on the legs and core. While doing the third exercise, “Star Jumps,” Swan says, “Your quads are on fire!” 

Hough swears by her trainer’s methods, telling Us, “She kicks my butt!”
