Gabrielle Union Spills Her Diet and Workout Secrets: Watch 

Bring on the fit tips! Gabrielle Union opened up to Us Weekly about how she maintains her chiseled figure.

The Being Mary Jane star, 43, dines on lean cuts of meat and fish and at least two servings of leafy greens a day.

But she doesn’t deprive herself. “What good is it to be emaciated if your stomach’s always growling?” she says in the clip. “That sucks. Have a burger!”

She works off her splurges by doing daily cardio sessions on the treadmill or elliptical while wearing a heart monitor. “Keep your heart rate in your fat-burning zone,” she advises. “For me, it’s between 120 to 160.”

The Bring It On actress also stays active with her NBA-pro husband of more than a year, Dwyane Wade, 33, her stepsons, Zaire, 13, and Zion, 8, and Wade’s nephew Dahveon, 13. “We have a basketball court at our house, so we have shooting contests and a game of 21,” she says. “And the boys were into those hoverboard scooter things, so I jog alongside them with the dogs.”
