Hilaria Baldwin has been offering fans a peek into how she keeps her body supersculpted.
Baldwin says the bathroom is an ideal place to squeeze in a quick toning session. “One of the things that I love about the bathroom is it’s the place you know you have to go to brush your teeth every day and take a bath and wash your face — this is such important self care as well. Here take five minutes or 10 minutes for yourself,” she exclusively tells Us Weekly.
Case in point: Baldwin’s unique no-crunches belly flattening move. “Don’t have time to do crunches? Try this…,” she captioned a Monday, July 30 post. “I shot this earlier and just had time to put it up because, you know…kids.” While wearing a bright pink tank top pulled up to reveal her flat, defined abs, she explained the difference between “sucking in and activating your center.”
Then there’s her fast rear-defining workout: “Butt and hamstrings attacking Wednesday…(10 of each exercise. Both sides, 3 sets),” she captioned the Wednesday, August 1, video where she demonstrates bent knee leg lifts to the back and side.
The Living Clearly Method author says that the mini workouts are one hundred percent authentic. “These are things that I do,” she tells Us. “I am constantly finding little pockets of time that I can work out in because at this point I don’t always have time to dedicate a large chunk of time to working out every single day.”
Baldwin has received some backlash from followers for showing her barely-clad body in posts, but she tells Us that the negativity won’t stop her. “As a teacher my goal is to listen to what my students or in this case, my followers, want and then be able to provide them with something that will better their lives,” the fitness guru says. “That is what I do in the classroom and what I have brought to my Instagram.”
The 34-year-old health and fitness expert says her Instagram workouts don’t have an end in sight. “I like to share what I do and when I started seeing that it resonated with people, I wanted to give more and more to it,” she tells Us. “Working out and moving your body is not about vanity, that’s a side effect that happens. It’s about treating yourself well.”
