Leonard Hofstadter and Ryan Sweeting are two lucky guys! Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco showed off plenty of skin (and lots of muscle) on Monday, June 23 while exiting her yoga class in Los Angeles.
The 28-year-old wore black leggings and a black and white sports bra, which exposed her tight, toned tummy and impressive abs. Cuoco’s new pixie haircut looked unkempt and messy (she was working out, after all) as she got into her car with her yoga mat in tow.
The newlywed actress continued her workout later that day at the Humane Society of the United States’ Wheels For Seals event with SoulCycle. The noted animal lover chose to ride in the charity spinning event to help raise money to end the Canadian seal hunt.
“Animals are so dear to me, I want to be the voice they can't be, and I want to use my so-called fame for a good cause and be able to talk about it,” she told Us Weekly at the event. “It makes me very proud, it makes me want to help any way I can. I love every animal—you name it, I'm standing up for pit bulls, horses, now it's seals. There's so many problems with animals not being treated as they should be, so every day I feel like I have a new cause. I'm very proud to be here supporting this.”
In addition to cycling for charity, Cuoco admits that she frequents SoulCycle to help keep in shape.
"I'm a big SoulCycler! I do it all the time," she told Us. "Basically my full wardrobe when I'm not working is all SoulCycle apparel so you see I'm basically there all the time. I love spinning. It's my thing. I'd say I work out four to five times a week—I do SoulCycle, yoga, and horseback riding—I love to be active and just get out there and be outside,” she told Us.
Her doting hubby, tennis pro Ryan Sweeting, attended the event with her and loves his bride’s short new ‘do.
“I asked him ahead of time!” Cuoco said of getting the daring cut. “I asked permission before I cut it! But he said, ‘I don't care if you're bald, do whatever you want!’ He loves it. He likes the neck. Some guys like to see the neck. I think he likes the open neck, he likes to nuzzle up in there.”
