The pic of the Live! With Kelly and Michael host, 43, was taken inside a workout studio lined with mats and heavy-duty fitness balls. "Little girls big balls," Ripa wrote alongside a cheeky shot where she posed spread eagle on the ball with Kaiser. "#stilldancing #aktinmotion."
In the photo, Ripa wears a form-fitting black halter tank and matching shorts, along with over-the-knee socks. The mother of three, who stripped her face clean of makeup before her workout session, flaunts her lean and sculpted arms and muscular legs as she gives the camera a fierce stare down.
New York City-based trainer Kaiser opened up to Us Weekly in April, about how her client Ripa has achieved and maintained her impressive body. According to the fitness guru, the star works out daily and incorporates Kaiser's very own interval method. The AKT INMOTION exercises, which can be done from a studio or at home, combine circuit training with dance-based routines.
"Interval training is the best way to work out," Kaiser told Us. "And when you pair it with dance, you make it even more fun and more efficient because you're working on all planes of motion." The celebrity fitness guru was also responsible for helping Shakira slim down (rather beautifully!) after the global sensation welcomed her first child, son Milan, in January 2013.
