Kristin Cavallari is officially killing it. The mom of two shared a post-workout selfie on Sunday, Nov. 30, looking teeny tiny just seven months after giving birth to her second child Jaxon.
“Just got a nice little workout in. Yes those are baby monitors behind me. #GottaLoveNapTime,” she captioned the mirror pic of herself wearing only a white sports bra and black workout pants.
In a recent interview with Access Hollywood, Jay Cutler’s wife of over a year admitted she worked hard to drop 20 pounds in just two months after Jaxon’s arrival. "I've been working out really hard. Those last five pounds are really stubborn. It's in your stomach," she told Billy Bush in July. "You have to eat really well and workout."
"I don't put any toxic chemicals in my body,” she added. “I’m a freak about reading the ingredients. I don't count calories, I just read what's in whatever I'm going to be putting in my mouth," she explained.
One thing the former Hills star doesn’t consume though is dairy. "I stay away from dairy for the most part," she said. "I think that is the number one weight gainer. If you're going to get one thing out of your diet, I think it should be dairy."
