Kristin Cavallari Shares Her Secrets to Getting in Shape After Giving Birth to Three Kids

She looks better than ever! Kristin Cavallari opened up about the newest addition to her family — and how she got in such amazing shape after giving birth six months ago — in an interview with Us Weekly at the relaunch of her jewelry line, Emerald Duv.

The Laguna Beach alum, 29, says she's been exercising with Chicago-based trainer Michael Sorrentino since welcoming daughter Saylor in November. “I’m getting my ass kicked in the gym four days a week by a trainer. I’ve been working out really hard, I have to say. And I’m lifting weights but it’s more circuit training, so there’s a little bit of cardio involved,” she told Us at the event at Petit Ermitage in West Hollywood. She’s also trying to do hot yoga at least once a week.

The jewelry designer says Saylor already has an incredible sibling bond with her two boys, Camden, 3 and Jaxon, 2. “My oldest, Camden, will get on the floor with her. She loves him. He makes her laugh all the time and he’ll mess with her little legs and put toys over her face and stuff like that,” Cavallari gushed. “She just thinks that he is the most amazing thing in the entire world.”

Meanwhile, husband Jay Cutler, 33, is already a protective dad to their only daughter. “Someone had given us this really cute little dress for a present, and he made some comment about how short it was,” she told Us with a laugh. “I was like, ‘She’s a baby.’ I’m like, ‘What are you talking about?’ It was really cute! So, yeah, he’s already going there. I’m like, ‘This poor girl.’”

“I think Saylor has been really good for all of the boys in my house,” she continued. “She’s been very calming. She’s definitely shifted the energy, and it’s been really nice for everybody.”
