With little time until she says "I Do," Us Weekly and WeddingChannel.com's $100,000 Dream Wedding winner Pamela Lucier didn't waste any time getting in shape for the big day.
The 25-year-old met with fitness and wellness expert David Kirsch — who works with celeb clients such as Heidi Klum and Anne Hathaway — at his Madison Square Club in NYC.
"We're shaping and toning your shoulders, getting ready for the wedding dress," Kirsch explains in the video (watch above). "Make sure your abs are tight and you're breathing throughout the exercise."
So what did the Lunenburg, Massachusetts, dental office manager think of Kirsch's four-days-a-week circuit program (which includes five separate toning moves)?

"It went great. David was amazing. He taught me so many things that I can take home," she says. "Everything that he worked out with my arms and my back, those were the most important things I wanted to work on."
