Sure, the Gifted actress likes to start most days moving with a power vinyasa — “it’s about your state of mind and giving yourself some endorphins,” she told Us in August 2018. But she admits she has a shortcut up her sleeve for days when she’s just not feeling it. “If I’m super lazy I’ll say, ‘OK, let’s just start with 50 situps, then 50 more, then 15 pushups and go from there,’” she revealed, adding that she’ll often tack on squats. “It’s about being super conscious of what you do to your body and what you put in your body.”
