The Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life author makes it a point to work out every single day, and she does practically every type of exercise under the sun. “Sometimes I do kung fu, sometimes I do cycling, sometimes I do Pilates,” she spilled to E! News. She also adds capoeira (a Brazilian martial art), Muay Thai (Thai boxing) and yoga to her list of favorites. Her hard work pays off: “I think it makes me a better, more patient person,” she noted.
