Baby girl Levine! Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo have welcomed a baby girl together, a rep for the singer confirms to Us Weekly. The couple’s daughter, Dusty Rose Levine, arrived in L.A. on Wednesday, September 21.
Us Weekly first exclusively confirmed in March that Levine, 37, and Prinsloo, 27, were expecting their bundle of joy. At the time, multiple sources told Us that the Maroon 5 frontman was “over the moon” about becoming a dad.
“I’m about to be a dad. I’m superpumped,” he said during an appearance on Live With Kelly and Michael in April.
Prinsloo dutifully documented her pregnancy and her growing baby belly for the next few months, sharing fun Instagram photos of herself in a bikini, in a bubble bath and in a sexy kimono silhouetted against the sun.
In August, the Victoria’s Secret Angel shared a glamorous picture of herself in a tiny black-and-white polka dot bikini, boasting a round baby bump with her hair disheveled just so. “34 weeks 🙊,” she captioned the image.
The couple’s baby love also led to the cancelation of a Maroon 5 show in Hartford, Connecticut, Monday, September 19. In a statement on the band’s official website, the band made no pretense about why the concert was canceled.
“Maroon 5’s show in Hartford was happening in conjunction with the group’s fall 2016 U.S. tour and is being canceled due to the upcoming birth of frontman Adam Levine’s baby.”
