There’s a new resident in the house! Season 11 Big Brother winner Jordan Lloyd and her husband, Jeff Schroeder, have welcomed their first child together.
The couple’s son, Lawson Keith Schroeder, was born on Thursday, October 13.
Schroeder posted a photo of the baby with the caption “Welcome to the world Lawson Keith Schroeder. @bbjordanlloyd did great! #family.”
The Los Angeles–based couple revealed exclusively to Us Weekly in April that they had married and were expecting. In June, they shared with Us that they were expecting a boy.
“I’m excited for when the baby starts walking and I can start playing with him,” Schroeder said at the time. “I just want to do typical dad things like play sports with him and take him to the park, take him fishing, just teach him things, take him to the ocean and teach him how to surf.”
During the pregnancy, Schroeder admitted it took some getting used to his pregnant wife.
"I’m walking on eggshells over here," the reality star joked to Us at the time.
"It’s tough, the mood swings with the baby is tough, but I guess it’s something, you know, you see, like, these old shows like Everybody Loves Raymond or whatever, you start to remember different jokes that come to light about the wife, and we’re just like the typical couple where the husband better just shut his mouth if he doesn’t want to get in trouble, and the wife can say whatever she likes. I feel like I’m trapped in a sitcom, but other people are having fun with it, but I’m not."
The couple documented their pre-wedding and baby-prep journey on their YouTube channel, Jeff & Jordan TV.
